1 Cup baby kale
½ Cup baby Spinach
1 Cup 100 % coconut water
1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger
½ Medium avocado
1 Medium banana (frozen)
½ Teaspoon chlorella (optional)
½ Teaspoon Spirulina (optional)
1. Combine kale, spinach, ginger and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
2. Add banana, avocado, chlorella and spirulina. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill or serve immediately.
