MY BREAKFAST WEIGHT LOSS SMOOTHIE

If you are like me and you enjoy a bowl of warm oatmeal in the morning, you are going to love this smoothie. It is easy to make, delicious and keep you full until your next meal, allowing you to cut back on your mid-morning snack.

Directions:

Ingredients:

. 1/3 Cup old fashioned or quick oats

. 1 Large banana (chopped into chunks)

. ½ Cup unsweetened oat milk (or milk of your choice)

. 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter

. ½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon

. ½ Teaspoon flaxseed

. ½ Teaspoon black chia seed

. 1 Tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup (optional)

. 1 Teaspoon dried cranberry (optional)

In a blender, combine oats, banana, oat milk (or milk), peanut butter, ground cinnamon, flaxseed, chia seed, and sweetener. Puree until smooth, garnish with cranberry. Serve immediately and enjoy!
