My health journey began some eighteen years ago. Going to the gym always felt a bit intimidating to me. I didn’t know how to use the machines or the people were in such better shape than I was. I could never fit into that environment.  I am a big believer in home workouts. I know it takes a bit of self-discipline and consistency. Over the past few years, I wanted to create a product that I believed in and one that would inspire people to become the best version of themselves. That’s why I created the Charlyn Asher workout routine mat.

The Inspiration to create the Charlyn Asher workout routine came to mind back in 2020, I was getting tired of always having to look for a daily workout routine online or if I did find one, I kept losing the paper on which the routine was written on. I thought it would be a great idea to have the workout embedded into a mat as I was using a mat with my daily at home workouts.

In April of 2021 I began looking for a supplier to create the mat, the first sample was a plain piece of rubber, I was beyond disappointed. I took a break for a few months but the idea kept coming back into my head. I was determined to bring this baby to life. I worked with my Graphics Designer, created the layout and I embarked on my second attempt of finding a factory that was willing to take my crazy idea and bring it to life.

After months of searching, I found a factory that was willing to produce the mat. I ordered and received my first sample late 2021, the original sample was a UV print. After a few weeks of working out on the mat I realized over time the workout might erase. I went back to the drawing board and we were able to change the mat from UV print to laser engraving.

An idea, eventually turned into a dream. After over one year of hard work and setbacks. I would like to present to you the first workout routine mat. I truly hope this mat inspires everyone to achieve their healthy lifestyle goal. It’s a reminder through hard work your dreams can come true.
